C PLUS PROFILE
The C plus profile, made from steel material, is one of the structural elements that stands out as perforated profiles prepared in different sections, lengths, and thicknesses. The C profiles are produced on continuous profile production lines known as rollform and can be manufactured in the dimensions and thicknesses specified at picture.
C plus profiles have an additional bend as shown in the diagram. This feature gives them a competitive edge over regular C profiles in terms of strength.
Due to their very high load-bearing capacities, C plus profiles provide a material and cost advantage of up to 40% compared to structures made with heavy steel materials. Additionally, they make steel building constructions more reliable, faster, and economical due to ease of production, procurement, shipping, and assembly. Besides being used for steel buildings, they are also preferred in tracker system solar energy systems along with solar energy system steel construction supporting structures.
“Although the weight of these profiles is almost half, the x-x and y-y bending axis values of Light Steel Structure Profiles are better than those of UPN120 rolled profile.
All profiles are automatically marked during production, thereby increasing assembly speed and ease on the construction site.
They are delivered to the construction site ready for assembly, without any need for fabrication such as drilling, cutting, or welding in the site environment.”
