Z PROFILE
Z profiles are structural elements made of steel and are available in various sections, lengths, and thicknesses as perforated profiles.
They are produced using continuous profile manufacturing lines known as roll forming. Assembly Ease and Increased Strength.
The ability for the bottom flange and top flange measurements of Z profiles to differ allows for easy assembly according to a reverse-normal logic in long buildings. This not only reduces storage and transportation volume but also provides the opportunity to design continuous beam structures.
These thin-walled profiles, made of galvanized and black sheet metal, offer lighter, more economical, and aesthetic solutions compared to their alternatives.

Advantages
- Lightweight Systems: Low weight ensures easy installation.
- High Strength: Offers high strength along with corrosion resistance.
- Low Cost: An economical option.
- Easy Assembly: User-friendly design results in safe products.
- Wide Design Options: Allows for custom manufacturing beyond standard specifications.
- CAD-CAM Technology: Provides high precision through computer-aided manufacturing.
